The total rent, number of roommates, room sizes, and feature toggles you enter are processed on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. We do not require an account, a login, or an email address to use the tool.

When you use the "Share this tool" or copy-results features, your inputs may be encoded into a link that you choose to share. That link is generated on your device — we never see it unless you send it to us.
